These terms cover the HoldDuty website and demonstration workspace. Questions can be sent to enquiries@holdduty.co.uk.

Exploring the demo

The demo illustrates the product experience. Its tasks, outputs, figures, connections and progress are examples, not customer results. It does not run live AI integrations, send messages, make payments or change your business software. A demo role selector is not real sign-in or a security control.

Use sample information. Do not enter confidential business information, sensitive personal data or information you are not entitled to use. Demo changes are temporary and reset when you refresh.

Enquiries and services

The lead form sends an introduction to HoldDuty. Email enquiries@holdduty.co.uk if you prefer. Sending an enquiry does not create a service contract. Sending an enquiry does not create a service contract or commit you to an implementation.

Managed services begin under a separate written agreement covering the workflows, access, responsibilities, support and data handling. Price is agreed after discovery. Product examples on this website do not guarantee a particular saving or outcome.

Use and availability

You may explore the site and demo for evaluating HoldDuty. Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access or interfere with its operation. Site information and demonstration features may change, and continuous availability is not promised.

We take reasonable care with the site’s content. Nothing in these terms limits liability where doing so would be unlawful. Terms for a contracted service are agreed separately.
