HoldDuty uses enquiry information to respond to you and understand the work your team needs help with. Contact enquiries@holdduty.co.uk with questions or a privacy request.

Enquiries

If you email us, or submit a connected lead form, we receive the information you choose to share. The form asks for your name, work email, company, team size and a short description of your processes. Please do not include confidential, sensitive or unnecessary personal information.

We use this information to reply, arrange discovery and discuss a possible service. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. We do not use the form to sign you up to marketing.

The website and demo

The lead form is processed by the site host so we can reply to you. You can also email enquiries@holdduty.co.uk. The demo workspace uses illustrative data and temporary browser state. Demo tasks, approvals and support requests do not update external systems and reset when you refresh.

Providers and retention

Once the live lead form is connected, Netlify will process submissions and deliver enquiry notifications. Hosting and email providers may also process technical data such as request logs. We use providers only as needed to operate the site and handle enquiries. Where processing takes place outside the UK, appropriate safeguards are required.

We keep enquiry information only as long as needed to respond, discuss proposed work and meet legal record-keeping duties. We review information when an enquiry closes and delete it when it is no longer needed. Customer services have their own agreed data-handling arrangements.

Cookies and tracking

We have not added advertising trackers or analytics cookies to this site. The hosting platform may process technical information needed to deliver and secure the pages.

Your choices and rights

You can ask for access to your personal information, correction, deletion, restricted processing or object to its use, subject to applicable limits. Email enquiries@holdduty.co.uk. You can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
